Ordering:

Sales are done via our internet store at deviouswigs.com & shopdevious.com and at home demonstrations held by people like you, who take orders from our website and re-sell them in a home party atmosphere. You may order via the internet using the shopping cart system, or by mailing in your order with a credit card number or Money order. When ordering with the shopping cart, completely finish shopping before submitting your order because we can not credit your order for added shipping costs by combining two or more orders placed one after the other. Each order will be treated as a new order, however if they are going to the same address and the orders are placed the same day, the items will be sent in the same package.We do not accept orders via email, unless the order process is acting up. We will not guarantee any specific delivery date. If you are having problems with the shopping cart, please e-mail us. To mail in your order send us your Name, Address, Phone, E-mail address, specify the style, color and quantity of the items you'd wish to purchase. Include a money order or a cashiers check and mail it to Devious Wigs & Things PO Box 33624, Phoenix, AZ 85067. Once you submit your order, you assume responsibility for the correct choice of color, style and quantity. If you email us immediately after discovering an error, we can make the changes. However, if the order has already been processed, a $15 fee will be added for changing style, deleting, or adding an item, or changing the color of an item. This could delay shipment since we will cancel the old order and re-submit it as a new order on the day the changes are made.

Payments:

All payments must be in US Dollars, Master Card, VISA or Discover credit card for all on-line purchases as well as payments by PayPal. AZ sales tax applies on shipments in ARIZONA. Phoenix City Tax applies when mailing to Phoenix Arizona.

Liability & Fraud:

You (the purchaser) are using/wearing/purchasing our (Devious Wigs & Things) products at your own risk. You must check with your doctors if you have any doubt that you are allergic or not supposed to wear something on our site, because you are assuming any risk. Although we wear and try out everything we sell on this site, we will not be held liable for any problems that arise from the use of our products. Use them at your own risk.

Due to a recent increase in fraugulent orders placed we now require signature verification of purchases over $100.00 for first time buyers. We will send you an invoice with a credit card signature slip attached and wait for the returned verification before sending out the order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Web browsers transmit a unique address that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify fraudulent activity. Both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet fraud cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers, and networked with our business partners.

Privacy & Security Policy:

Your credit card and personal information is safe with Devious Wigs & Things- WE DO NOT KEEP CREDIT CARD NUMBERS IN OUR OFFICE DATABASE. We will never sell your information or let others view it at any time. Your browser and Devious Wigs & Things secure server encrypts confidential information during transmission, ensuring that transactions stay private and protected. The only thing not encrypted may be any surveys you take regarding purchasing habits and our web page. Devious Wigs & Things reserves the right to monitor order activity. Devious Wigs & Things also reserves the right to reject any order, including those deemed to have been made in bad faith, or that may be in violation of local laws, taxes or restrictions. We strongly advise not to test the web site with false orders, as it will result in substantial, personal legal risk, as we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card or payment account like PayPal.

Cancellations:

Devious Wigs & Things reserves the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have encurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. Once an order has been placed, there is a $25.00 fee for any cancellation prior to shipment. Clearance items are also $25.00 for the restocking fee, regardless of price. There is no fee for an item cancelled which is on backorder. If you forget to click the add to cart button for international shipping or extra freight for orders of 6 or more styrofoam heads your order will be held until the complete payment has been recieved. If you cancel an order, due to the delay of processing the extra payment for shipping, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. It is your responsibility to add all extra shipping charges manually via the links provided on our site.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to federal health regulations, all products are final sale, no refund or exchange, unless prior arrangements have been made. Order correctly to avoid a $15.00 charge for color or style change. We will use the same form of payment used for the initial purchse. When you purchase an item you are agreeing to this condition so order wisely. Orders that need a color or style change will be charged $15.00 and the shipment might be delayed.
